Other State Park Lands
In addition to our 55 developed, staff-operated state parks there are a number of other parks and areas where visitors are welcome.
Many of these state park lands have parking areas, trails, rivers, lakes and ponds. Some even have basic infrastructure like picnic shelters and privies. These parks are generally unstaffed; there are no fees charged, there is no running or potable water and there are often no restroom facilities.
While undeveloped, these parks are hidden gems off the beaten path where you can truly get away from it all.
The following is a list of undeveloped state park properties. Links are provided to additional information where available.
