Raven Schwan-Noble has a love of photographing life around her. Her photos vary from the birth of a new grandchild, a deer poised in a lush meadow, to a magnificent reflective vista, found in Vermont or states west. Born in So. California, she has also lived on Salt Spring Island , British Columbia, Canada and has called Vermont home for the last 42 years. A graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, Raven is rarely seen without her Canon 40D camera. She uses a Nikon D600 and a Nikkor 70-200 f2.8 lens with a 1.7 tele extender.
Raven’s love of the Vermont State Parks comes from her working at Knight Point State Park for 4 years and her husband’s working for the Dept. of Parks for 36 years. It is a lifelong love. More of Raven's work can be seen at ravensviewphotography.com.
