Friday Night

Don't plan on cooking dinner in camp if you're arriving in the evening. To make it easy, bring food you can eat in the car or at camp without cooking. Or, grab some pizza or deli sandwiches on the road.

Saturday

Breakfast:
Cereal, milk, blueberries, hot cocoa, tea or coffee, juice

Lunch:

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, string cheese, apples, granola bars, grapes

Dinner:

Chicken & veggie kabobs, mac & cheese, grilled corn on the cob, S'mores for desert

Sunday


Breakfast:
Instant oatmeal, yogurt, hot cocoa, tea or coffee, juice

Lunch:

Grab some Vermont food at a deli or restaurant near the park - our staff can make recommendations for you or, use leftovers from Saturday's lunch.

You can make meals even easier by planning a breakfast or lunch at a local restaurant. Ask the park staff for recommendations.

Cooking Notes:


This menu is so easy, no recipes are required. One note: Use the italian dressing as a marinade for kabob chicken.
